Father's Day retrospective (aka too busy cutting up tees/cooking to post yesterday!)

Yesterday was Father's Day, as you well know. So better late than never here's what I did for my Dad.
A blog I have been following for a long time is Bon Appetempt (Amelia you're zee best!) and a recipe I decided to attempt was sombremesa de banana com queijo ... and in true cooking blog style here's me making it step by yummy step
